Fees for massage therapy, wellness services, retail products, gift certificates, memberships, packages, and other offerings are displayed on the Website or communicated during scheduling or purchase. Prices and offerings may change without prior notice, but a price change will not alter the price of a completed purchase unless correction is required because of an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.
Unless other arrangements have been approved in advance, payment is due when services are rendered or at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods identified at our office or through our authorized scheduling or payment systems. If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, we may cancel or suspend an appointment, withhold delivery, or restrict future scheduling until the balance is resolved. Applicable taxes and legally required charges will be added where required.
Time reserved for an appointment is set aside specifically for the scheduled client. The current Cancellation and No-Show Policy posted on the Website, displayed through the scheduling platform, or provided during scheduling is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Failure to provide the required notice of cancellation or rescheduling, or failure to appear for a confirmed appointment, may result in a cancellation or no-show fee, forfeiture of a prepaid service or deposit, a charge to an authorized payment method on file, restrictions on future online scheduling, or a requirement that future appointments be prepaid. Sunshine Massage Boutique may waive or modify a fee in its discretion when an emergency or extraordinary circumstance is adequately demonstrated.
Gift certificates may be redeemed only for eligible services or products offered by Sunshine Massage Boutique and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Gift certificates have no expiration date unless a different rule is permitted by law and clearly disclosed for a promotional certificate or similar limited offer.
Sunshine Massage Boutique is not responsible for the loss, theft, unauthorized use, or destruction of a gift certificate except as required by law or when replacement is otherwise approved in writing. We may require reasonable proof of purchase, ownership, or authorization before redemption or replacement. Promotional certificates, discounts, and donated certificates may be subject to additional written limitations disclosed when issued.
If Sunshine Massage Boutique offers memberships, service packages, subscriptions, or prepaid treatment plans, the written terms disclosed at the time of enrollment or purchase will apply in addition to these Terms and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a direct conflict, the more specific written terms for the applicable membership, package, or plan will control.
Unused services, credits, deposits, and prepaid amounts are subject to the refund, cancellation, transfer, and expiration terms disclosed at the time of purchase and to applicable law.
The Website and all content made available through it, including text, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, videos, artwork, downloadable materials, page layouts, designs, branding, service descriptions, databases, software, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by Sunshine Massage Boutique or used under authorization or license and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited permission expressly granted in Section 14, nothing in these Terms or on the Website grants you any license, ownership interest, or other right in the Website or its content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SUNSHINE MASSAGE BOUTIQUE FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO SUNSHINE MASSAGE BOUTIQUE THROUGH THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You and Sunshine Massage Boutique consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Before filing a legal action concerning the Website or these Terms, the complaining party will provide written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution.
